A natural phenomenon and one of the seven natural Wonders of the World, the Victoria Falls is an immense curtain of water cascading over a 100m drop.
A visit to the falls leave many in awe of nature’s most spectacular creation, so complete your adventure by visiting the waterfall which you can view from the following angles: Devils Cataract, Main Falls, Horseshoe Falls, Rainbow Falls and Eastern Cataract. There are also small islands that stand on the lip of the Falls including Livingstone Island (where David Livingstone first viewed the Falls.) Add to all this, there is a rainforest sustained by the spray of the Falls with some plant species rarely found elsewhere in Zimbabwe or Zambia.Spend the day in the Chobe National Park in Botswana enjoying the abundance of wildlife and birds that abound in the National Park. Guests are picked up from their Victoria Falls accommodation at 07h00 and transferred to the Kazungula border post. The transfer takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour. Upon arrival at the Zimbabwe border post, you will pass through the Customs and Immigration where your passport will be stamped. After the formalities are done, you will walk through the border gate where you will board open 4 x 4 vehicles. You will drive 1km up to the Botswana border post. Enroute you will stop and have to stand on a sanitized mat to prevent you carrying foot & mouth and other diseases into the country. At the Botswana border, you will be given an immigration form which you will need to complete before going to the Immigration counter with your passport. Once your passport has been stamped, you will return to the vehicle. Your game viewing experience is now ready to begin!

The morning begins with a river cruise into the park, with an opportunity to see a host of waders and water birds along with the ever present crocodile and hippos. Chobe is known for scores of large herbivores making their way down to the river to drink, most notably buffalo and elephant. On the islands, puku and lechwe are often seen and on the banks, kudu, impala and water buck are common. Soft drinks and water are included on the boat.

A buffet lunch is served at the newly renovated and ideally located Chobe Safari Lodge, bordering the National Park. A complimentary drink, tea and coffee are included with your lunch. The rest of your drinks are to be paid direct during your lunch.
After a one hour lunch break, guests head off at 13h30 on a game drive in the Chobe National Park. Getting close to nature with specially adapted 4 x 4 open vehicles. Frequent lion sightings occur in Chobe, and sable and roan antelope are common at certain times of the year. Leopards are elusive but common in the area – you may be lucky!
After a 3 hour game drive you will be returned to the border at 16h30 for your return transfer to Victoria Falls. Upon arrival at the Botswana border, you will proceed through immigration and then drive 1km down to the Zimbabwe border. At the Zimbabwe border you will pass through the border formalities and then walk through the border gate to your vehicle. You will then transfer back to Victoria Falls which will take approximately 45 minutes to one hour. You will return to your accommodation by 18h00
